No. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to seek therapy. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just want to understand yourself better, therapy can help.
2. Is therapy online or in-person?
Both! We offer online sessions and in-person therapy in Thane. You can choose what works best for you.
3. Who can book supervision?
Our supervision services are open to practicing mental health professionals, interns, and recent graduates in the field.
4. Do you conduct workshops regularly?
We currently offer workshops and trainings by request or in collaboration. You’re welcome to reach out with a proposal or idea.
