Hello I’m Meghana, a trained counselor with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. My practice is grounded in trauma-informed care, a rights-based perspective, and queer-affirmative principles — shaped by my work both in private practice and in the development sector.
My Experience
I’ve worked extensively with marginalized communities and trauma survivors. My background in the development sector has helped me understand how personal and systemic challenges often intersect — and this insight deeply informs my work with clients.
